I have only had handful of sessions but I do feel they are helpful and my therapist is such a great fit for my couples therapy in matching what type of setting we are looking for. So far so good I highly recommend the safe space Rula creates.

Misleading.
Rep took my card info over the phone. Then cancelled my apt for not setting up my card info

Contacted them the next day.
Employee tells me what happened .
Then tells me everything is good. Covered by my insurance with zero copay And my appointment is back on for this evening. Been about an hour later I get a text message from the therapist saying he's not working because it's a holiday and that he can take me tomorrow so that I need to call them back and schedule that appointment. Then about an hour after that I get an email saying that my insurance does not cover this service and I have options to pay out of pocket. What the hell! So I called them back. Blah blah blah cancel my account. I still don't trust any of this at all. They have my card information. They were incredibly unprofessional.

I’ve had therapy sessions a couple of times in the past and I was surprised to learn that most therapy sessions today are done online. I was able to review profiles of different therapist and I chose a woman living close to me who had experience with the anxiety I am trying to overcome.
She is one of the best therapist I have worked with. She helped realize that my anxiety is a part of my past and I have moved forward and created a family and a future for myself. I’m grateful to have found her and I look forward to working with her in the future

So far, my therapist has been great. I’ve had no issue with billing at all and have been sent my statements each time in email. I personally love this place. Very easy for me.

It's been so difficult to access counseling in my community. Rula made it easy: lots of therapists to choose from, many available appointments with easy scheduling options, and the billing has happened correctly with my insurance. I really like my therapist, too! Thank you Rula, what a great service.

I contacted RULA and made an appointment with the understanding that I would pay for my sessions. The night before my first session I received an email saying the session was cancelled due to my insurance. I agreed to pay for the session so there was no need for insurance. I called and corrected this. Then, 30 minutes before my session the therapist cancelled because she doesn't deal with depression issues! Unprofessional, unorganized and rude. What a scam.

update, a week later... After posting my previous review I did manage to get their attention. Then they decided that a partial refund was fair. So ultimately they stole $55.00 from me, as well as the insurance payment of $300.00 I know companies gotta make money, but stealing is wrong. Watchout. They require you to have a card on file and they charge whatever they want regardless of what your co-pay is.
