I started going 2 years ago, I had never touched a barbell before. Not only the coaches are very knowledgeable and they stand by you and teach you no matter your fitness level, but also they have built a very supportive community, we all root for eachother and push eachother to get better. I don't think i can go back to a regular gym.

Coming back this year it’s like I never left. The coaches and other members treat you like family they take very good care of each member to help build on ones fitness level. I didn’t realize how strong I actually was postpartum if it wasn’t for the coaches help in my technique and just have them be my biggest cheerleaders to add more weight or go that extra rep
