I just started attending (about 1.5 months now) and I absolutely love it here! Students and coaches make you feel so welcomed. Each and every experienced student and coaches introduce themselves when you’re new and remember your name! I have attended BJJ Gi and no Gi as well as the cardio kickboxing! I would attend more if I could! I highly recommend every one of all ages to attend here! If you want to lose weight, this is the place to be as well!

At first I was intimidated to venture into a new gym. The staff made me feel welcomed as if I was one of the original clients, I took a kick boxing class that kicked my butt instead. That is exactly what I needed. Also the owner Bao Quach came over and gave me a few pointers on my form and how to properly punch and block. I highly recommend Rounders Gym !!!!

Worst ever. Don't bring your child here! My daughter is 6, I used to bring her as I was attending boxing classes. Thought it would be great at first, but honest opinion this class is absolutely horrible. Kids are left running around, wandering with no good control. She didn't learn anything, and I just waisted my money!

I've been a member of Rounders for several years. In that time the gym has only gotten better. We have produced champions in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay thai/Kickboxing, Boxing, and MMA. The gym has seen many improvements as well. It has expanded thr bag area, mat area, and cardio/resistance area. They also have excellent children and junior programs in judo, BJJ, boxing , and kixkboxing/muay thai, wrestling
