Exemplary service from contacting Mr. Lerma on Day 1 to closing on Day 15.
Recently I happened upon a listing online. It looked perfect for my wife and myself. I filled out an online form with some minimal information and submitted it. Within maybe half an hour I was in conversation with Mr. Richard Lerma. He gave me some background info on the house and offered to show it to us at our convenience. My wife and I drove out there that same weekend.
Mr. Lerma was gracious, professional, and friendly.
The standard earmarks of a real estate agent. He showed us other properties within the community that were available as well in order for us to see what else was there.

While we were looking at one home (Note, I say home and not property at this point because he made us feel like that is what we were looking at) the neighbors came out of their home
and greeted him with warmth and affection as if talking to a longtime friend. They could not say enough kind words about Richard and their experience with him. We decided that we were interested in the home and would like to pursue the process unsure whatever that may be.
We had links to documents sent to us to be filled out online and some we scanned due to third parties involved not in Mr. Lerma’s control. (Otherwise this process may have gone even quicker) We were provided with text, calls and/or emails each step of the way from Richard.
He diligently provided us with answers to any questions we may have had. We, on a few occasions, stated we could wait on a reply till the next day due to the hour but it seems this gentleman never sleeps! He provided us with contact info for utilities and information about the surrounding areas and other good to know information. He did not sell us a property with a house on it. He sold us a Home.
My wife and do not buy ‘homes’ on a regular basis so ‘yes’ this can be extremely nerve wracking. So much of that stress was alleviated due to the explanation of the process, “what comes next, etc.” and the patience and professionalism of Mr. Lerma
that I guarantee we will be coming out of our new home to greet him as well when he is in the neighborhood.

We saw the ‘property’ online and 15 days later we owned a Home. If that is an earmark of a real estate agent… then he is a shining example.

I found Richard online, and found his website for listings. I was in Oregon so he made the process easy with all the latest information and technology out there.
I picked out 5-6 houses to preview with him and his knowledge of all the viewed properties was amazing to me, the first few were ok “but” not quite what I expected, with his vast knowledge of the area he quickly said I have one more for you to look at, it was a 3/2 and had over an acre and basically all the things I wanted.
