I get a complete body workout in 20 minutes per week that is more effective than when I spent days in the gym. Second, the people at ReGenesis, starting with Coach Chris, are skilled at personalizing your journey to health, leveraging a lifetime of experience to generate results. Third, my personal commitment to show up every week for a year allowed me to lose 30 lbs. while gaining strength. I feel better at 65 than I did at 50. I really love that ReGenesis 360 offers Adaptive Resistance Exercise (ARX) training here on the Central Coast. They are one of the few facilities in the USA that has this cutting edge technology that is not only very effective but is super safe. I can get a full body workout in half an hour once a week. Some folks can do two workouts a week, but since I'm a senior citizen I need the extra time to recover! Coach Chris and his team are very helpful in guiding me through my workout on their two ARX machines. The reason I deducted a star is because ReGenesis 360 is only open Monday - Friday which limits when you can make an appointment.

ReGenesis 360 has been a lifesaver me. I lost a lot of weight and lost a lot of muscle and was not able to lift boxes at work but after just 3 weeks at ReGenisis 360 doing the ARX workout I was able to lift heavy boxes again It was amazing to see results so quickly. Great staff and love that it is only a 1/2 hour workout and each exercise puts your muscles at full fatigue. What is really convenient is I can do it in my work cloths on the way to work. My husband was so impressed that he signed up and goes with me too!

I have been a client of ReGenesis360 for over 5 years and have absolutely loved my experience with the ARX and HOCATT! The ARX has not only made working out fun again but it's incredibly efficient (only 25 minutes 2 X week). In addition, the HOCATT has been life changing! I was dealing with heavy metals throughout my body which seriously compromised my immune system. The HOCATT helped remove the heavy metals from my body and restore my healthy immune system. Regenesis 360 staff are very kind and knowledgable. I've used the hocatt many times for general well being and found it helpful. Currently I'm using the ARX machines and I'm getting stronger every week with great improvement in my bone density and recovery after a major back injury.
