Becareful there salesteam David Pina, Jorge Galavis, Alma Benfield, and Andres Ricon they all openly discriminate. For 3 years they put me under so much stress, it was nearly impossible to run my business. I had no support, even though I paid for it. 12 yrs of loyalty to this company, and just like that discriminated against. Jorge Galavis, was the instigator, this man has hate in his heart and they all conspire together. It's sad when you have people like this working for a company that doesn't belong to them. I'll let KARMA sort it out. You can't try and ruin somebodies business and get away with it. It'll soon catch up to you.

I have the nightmare of having their own Support Staff destroy my info smack middle of tax season.

These guys are taxwise resellers that nickel & dime local tax preparers. my issue began with one of the states not working for e-file.

I had an issue with a state - efiling. when i called in for support the staff memeber Mahony / mahogany took control of my computer.

She unistalled the program and renamed files, and she got stuck, placed me on hold, then was going to connect with a tech supervisor....she hung up!

The software was destroyed. I called back, and there was no record of my call since the previous agent did not log the call.

I have used this software for 10 yrs and every year the cost of the software has gone up. Now it is $500 for the software plus the efile fees. I have had enough. No more for me.
