I recently visited this center, and I can confidently say it's the most futuristic and innovative place to receive treatment in all of Los Angeles. The services they offer are nothing short of amazing, with treatments that truly work wonders. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was stepping into the future of health and wellness. Jonathan is incredibly knowledgeable, and the technology he uses is top-notch. I've already seen great results, and I'm excited to continue my journey. This is undoubtedly the best thing to happen to Santa Monica, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for effective, cutting-edge treatments!

Everything about my Reality Center experience exceeded my expectations! As a wellness practitioner myself and licensed occupational therapist, I was very intrigued to learn what this sensory-based wavetable session would be about. While yes, the experience led me to a deep state of relaxation and inner peace that was worth the investment itself, I didn't expect that it would also push me to the edge of my comfort zone in a really healing way. Taking in that much sensory input at once can feel somewhat fear-inducing to the nervous system at first, so having to find safety in that and lean into it was the magical part. I felt like I was in such good hands with the founder guiding my session. The effects of the experience lasted days and I can't wait to come back for my next session!

This experience was unlike any I’ve had before. After being welcomed by Jonathan he gave a thorough overview of what to expect during the session. He was warm and welcoming, making the experience feel comfortable from the start. To begin the journey, I entered a room, laid down on a wave table, and put on headphones while closing my eyes. Following Jonathan’s instructions, I set an intention, which marked the beginning of my journey. As it started, I was immersed in sounds and light that filtered through my eyelids, creating a unique effect on my mind that helped me focus on my intention. Throughout the session, I navigated various phases of thoughts, feelings, and emotions, with many different insights emerging effortlessly. As a Navy Veteran, I had the opportunity to share this experience with other female Veterans at different times on this day, and it was truly remarkable to discuss our individual journeys together. Each of us had unique yet positive experiences. By the end of the session, I felt centered and gained a clearer understanding of my intention. It was genuinely a one-of-a-kind experience.

Wow, just wow. I’ve done a lot of mediation classes and experiences but none of them compared to this. It was so unusual and full of sensory experiences that my mind wasn’t able to wander or spiral like it usually does. It was quieting and creative and awesome. I will absolutely be back.

I cannot say enough great things about Reality Center. From the moment my husband and I walked through the door, we felt at ease and were so impressed with Jonathan’s welcoming energy. The place itself is very calming, which primes you for your experience.

We did the couples session and what a journey it was! Jonathan made us feel very safe throughout the entire process. As we lied down with eyes closed, we received a beautiful message to help us let go of whatever we were holding on to, breathe, and trust the process. And then the light show commenced! The beginning of the session was intense, yet spectacular. You truly do have to let go and accept whatever may come to your psyche. After that jarring introductory portion, you’re met with beautiful instrumentals as the light symphony in your minds eye continues to unfold. The vibrating table was an excellent touch.

This experience was truly unlike any other in the realm of meditation. I felt so much peace, relaxation, and balance after it ended. As someone who experiences insomnia, I will say that the session has helped me achieve deeper sleep. It has also allowed me to tune in deeper to my inner world, helping me be more mindful and less reactive.

I highly recommended this place to anyone who needs a mind and body reset! I cannot wait to come back for another session soon! Thank you very much to the owners of Reality Center. You are doing life changing work to uplift the human mind, body, and spirit!

What an absolutely incredible experience. From the minute you walk in you feel transported into a place that’s already more relaxing than where you were before you entered, both physically and mentally. Jonathan and everyone there are wonderful at making you feel completely at home and welcome. The space is beyond tranquil and the experience is much beyond anything I could put into words here. I did the entry experience of lying on a comfortable massage table and being set up with surround sounds, light experience and physical vibrations, alongside a cozy blanket. I could’ve spent a year on that table. The experience really is otherworldly and I really highly encourage you to go check it out. Whether you have physical ailments, need a mental pick me up from a stressful time or simply are just go go go everyday like myself as a mom of 3 littles. This is where you let all that go and come out refreshed and renewed. I cannot wait to go back and try the other even deeper experiences. So much to explore. And also such great work their team is doing with the community, with vets, with kids, and beyond. Thank you so much!

We went in MAR 2024 -- what a BRILLIANT experience! The Center's setting is clean, calm, peaceful, and well-decorated. The staff are kind and helpful. Tarun understandingly and shamanistically guided us through an unbelievable journey of light, vibration, and sound. None of us knew what to expect, I was skeptical at first, but it was definitely therapeutically eye-opening. My advice is to focus on your breathing, relax, and ask the world what you want to achieve with your power of thought. I would recommend this to anyone, and will certainly be coming back. It is a TRULY unique experience. I feel it will be even more useful to come routinely knowing what to expect and what to seek.

Wow. This place is wonderful. I had an hour long wave table today and it was such a beautiful experience. You lay on the table and they use sound, light, vibration and weightlessness to create a perfect environment to deeply relax. I was able to drop in and fully allow myself to feel the different frequencies and sensations the experience provides. I can’t recommend this enough. It’s especially helpful for people like myself who have experienced ptsd as the full sensory stimulation.
