I stopped by this Ray Ban store while waiting for my wife when she was shopping next door at Sephora. I don't wear Ray Ban sunglasses but wanted to look at their aviator style sunglasses. This store is not that big inside but it works for them. They have a lot of different style sunglasses on display and a worker told me that they are all unisex. Also keep in mind that Ray Ban is a luxury brand so you'll play more for their sunglasses.

Positive experience with sunglasses purchase. Many frames to choose from and wonderful customer service at the Americana location. Added a prescription to upgrade to progressive lenses to a selected frame, and also to a previously purchased Ray-Bans frame. Very happy with my purchases!

Unfortunately rarely had a good experience at this location particularly yesterday, Sunday 9/8/2024 around 7:30 pm We went ti pick up some glasses that my wife liked but the employee brought us one that was already opened and not very clean so we did not want it, we asked for a newer one but that's all he had, we the decided not to take but he kept asking me why I did not want to take and he was pretty rude about it.
I expect a better customer service from a rayban employee but to be fair the other employee was very kind and welcoming.

It was my first time going into a Ray-Ban store and I have to say it was a very pleasant visit. The employee was able to help me find exactly what I wanted and was able to order through the store. I can't wait for my Ray-Ban to arrive.

I had a bent arm on my pair of Ray Bans, and the very helpful gentleman, didn't guarantee, but was able to repair my sunglasses. They're practically new again. (Oct 31, 5pm)

I had to come by the store to get my stories looked at. They were replaced under warranty on the spot at the store.

The manager was very helpful and speedy with the service.
My lenses were so clean after they worked on them also. Thank you.

Im coming in with my good pair of glasses but i want to buy the meta transparent limited edition.

I recommend you to to this ray-ban store.

Robert was really patient, knowledgable, and kind when it came to my needs. He took the time to learn my likes/style/pairs I already own. He showed me a limited edition pair before it got sold out. He helped me order it seamlessly. I really like the system they have at this location so I can order items not in stock but I can come and pick up my items without issues.

Justin and Marvin were two great people! They were so detailed in explaining everything about frames and lenses. They recommended I get a polarized lens since I am outside a lot. They also helped me get it sent to my home! Would definitely come back if I need more pairs of glasses
