Went this week to have our boat transferred into AZ from another state. Lorenzo provided EXCELLENT customer service! The whole process was done with quick and courteous service. Almost too fast. I pinched myself on the way out, felt like I was dreaming on how fast/efficient they are. Should be named Fast Stop.

Two big nice TV's and comfortable seats. Best music I've heard all year. I might have to stop by just to hangout, that's how cool this place is. They do passports, MVD, G&F, and more. These people know their stuff. Highly Recommend!

Charged me for an inspection when I told him the last digit was ineligible, went to AZ Game and Fish where rep put toothpaste in hull ID number and read it no problem. I was misinformed by a rep at the Quick Stop 6 weeks ago that told me to bring my boat in for inspection, and telling him the last digit was 7 but hard to read. Rep today took my money than said I need to go to Kingman. Place is a rip off.
Thank you for responding, I never asked for a refund, I was never told numerous times about no refunds, that was never brought up. But I did inform you the last digit was hard to read, at that point you should of just sent me to Kingman and not charge me 41.00 to walk out to my boat than send me to Kingman, I informed you more than once that the last digit was hard to read but I thought it was a 7, and it was. Thank you for your response but I still fell like I got ripped off.
