I wanted to leave a current review because of just how helpful they have been. I started going to quail lakes because I became unexpectedly disabled whilst in my early 30s which has caused some difficult emotions. I first saw leanord who is no longer at the practice and now see dollye. My work with the therapists there has been pivotal in my ability to accept my situation and adjust accordingly and cope. My health fluctuates and sometimes I have to do telehealth, or can’t come because I’m in the emergency room, and they are always understanding, kind, and helpful to find a solution. I’ve had a lot of really awful mental health experiences growing up when it comes to therapy and quail lakes has always made me feel comfortable, supported, and at ease. I never have anxiety when calling or going to an appointment and I think they should be recognized for that ?

Do not recommend. Rude receptionists you can totally hear the attitude in her voice so unprofessional. First impressions are everything. I hung up feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Look elsewhere they don’t empathize with patients.

My mother received services here and her therapist basically fed her her narcissistic supply for a paycheck. If you’re not going to do honest work. Please don’t be a therapist. She really needs mental help and possibly to be admitted to a psych ward

Staff was great, but then they forgot to charge me my co pay and I was left paying a giant lump sum. Also, as the payment issues where occurring my therapist Holly, who would reply to my texts and encouraged me to text her in the first place basically ghosted me and stopped replying to me. Granted, as soon as I was given my balance, I paid it. (Even overpaid it, so now I have to deal with that.) I've already had such bad experiences with the mental health industry that this ended being my last straw. I genuinely regret even giving it another chance.
