It’s a nice and quiet environment. You can ask the receptionist any questions! She was readily available to answer questions about scheduling! The neuropsychologist, Ty Jones, is kind and thorough with her work!

I regularly see Dr. Jones and she is amazing! In the past, I have had bad experiences with prior therapists I have seen to treat my Depression and Anxiety. Dr. Jones positively changed my view on therapy and is nurturing my mental health to progress change. She is incredibly kind and patient and explains everything in simply and detailed. She does not invalidate my fears, but reassures and guides me on how to find solutions for my worries or issues. She creates timelines and sets attainable goals for me to reach with my mental state and well-being. I am so incredibly lucky to have her as my therapist. I am grateful to have met her and I cannot wait to keep continuing my mental health healing journey.

An article I read, stated, “Wise counsel will help us seek God's best for our lives by looking at all sides of issues.” It went on to further state, “ Wise counselors turn their own will and agenda over to God as they help guide us. “ This describes who Dr. Ta Ty Jones is, “ Wise counsel!” It is evident that she believes in God and is purposed to be in this field to help others heal, process, and provide tools and strategies to overcome or manage certain behaviors. She has been the answer to my prayer. It is not easy being vulnerable, but she has made it comfortable. I have been in her counsel for three years. She is kind-hearted, gentle, and knowledgeable. She has the ability to break things down for you to ensure you understand. What I love about her is that she sincerely wants God's best for you. She wants you to succeed. I have had counselors in the past who treated me like a number to several of their patients, no passion for what they do, no interest, unrelatable. She is present and fully engaged. She feels familiar and safe. I am grateful for her. If you are hesitant in seeking counsel, I assure you that Dr. Ta Ty Jones is the counselor for you.

We saw Dr. Jones at the end of 2020. My daughter has ADHD and severe anxiety, so much so that at the beginning of reviewing her results she couldn't stop shaking her knee and chewing her finger nails. Dr Jones proceeded to tell us the results, really explaining things and comforting my daughter. By the end of the session she was relaxed enough that she was asking the doctor questions and thanking her for all her help. They were even cracking jokes. Over the years we've seen a lot of different therapists and psychiatrists. Even though this was just for an evaluation she took her time and treated my daughter like a person not a condition. She was very thorough! I highly recommend her, I constantly tell people if they need an evaluation to go to her.

Office manager is Very unprofessional and unwilling to help patients. When people are seeking out for Treatment they make it impossible. I don’t recommend this facility at all!!
