Before training with Brandon, I worked out occasionally with mediocre form. I saw Brandon for about a year and feel more confident and empowered to work out better. I’d happily recommend Brandon to anyone.

He’s an extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging trainer. He’s also chill as hell.

Brandon prescribes a pretty comprehensive workout program that is tailored to your goals. This includes both diet and actual workouts. He tailored my workouts to prior surgery/injuries I’ve had and used a special app to assign/track workouts. He also periodically checked in with texts.

Although I still kind of hate working out (lol), Brandon made sessions soo fun. It was like hanging out with a friend for a really sweaty hour.

Most importantly, a few months after I relocated and took a pause from working out, I still remember mostly everything Brandon taught me. That’s a sign of a really good trainer.

I worked with Brandon at The Fix for about 6 months, and I highly recommend working with him! Initially, I was skeptical about personal training because I’ve played sports my whole life and tried out multiple gyms and group classes. However, I was hitting a plateau with my fitness and fluctuated with my weight. My goal was to improve my metabolism and overall fitness.

Working with Brandon helped me lift 50-100% more weight and gain several lbs of muscle! He takes a thoughtful and personalized approach, while helping me make progress at a steady pace. Brandon was not only a great trainer but was friendly and enjoyable to work with. He creates a safe environment by creating progressive workout plans and adding mobility exercises, like a physical therapist would.

With Brandon, it was like a 3-in-1 package: personal trainer, physical therapist, and dietician in one. After working with him, I not only lost fat but feel more toned and energetic overall. Can’t thank him enough!

Brandon does an incredible job of understanding your goals, setting expectations of how to reach those goals, and creating action plans to getting fit. I’ve been going to Brandon for over a year and as someone who didn’t always love working out, he’s helped me become more motivated to workout and maintain high levels of fitness. Lastly, Brandon is super chill but also knows how to push you during workouts to make sure you’re getting the most out of it. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for personal training!

I started working with Brandon back in 2019 to help me train and prep for my first body building competition. I had been struggling to train on my own, and was in desperate need of help at only 8 weeks out from my show. Brandon put together a great training regimen for me, and I ended up placing third and fourth in my divisions. I continued working with Brandon after my competition and changed my fitness goals to put on more size and muscle. Brandon created a whole new training plan and provided me with dieting advice and I was successfully able to put on a considerable amount of muscle, and have maintained it since. All my life I have struggled to put on size, so I was incredibly impressed with the results I achieved from working with Brandon. I have since competed in a second body building show under Brandon’s guidance, placing second and third in my divisions, and look forward to working with him on many more in the future.

Brandon is a phenomenal trainer. He creates challenging and effective workouts that keep your body guessing. He takes the time to explain movements and correct form to help you remain injury free. After each movement, he asks how you are doing/feeling and adjusts the movement accordingly to your needs. He also takes the time to develop meaningful relationships with his clients asking me about my day, how work is going, etc. I have worked with many trainers in the past, and I can honestly say that Brandon is hands down the best I have ever worked with. He is a great asset to have in your corner to help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be.

Brandon is an excellent trainer, he’s professional, challenging, encouraging, and knowledgeable. He’s super chill and a joy to be around too, so that makes sessions even more fun! Brandon is always prepared with challenging workouts and I feel stronger and more capable every session.

I trust Brandon’s expertise and training completely. I’ve struggled with my health and worked with trainers who drove me into the ground since I was a kid (aimless cardio, no gains, improper form, injuries) so I was hesitant to get started again but Brandon has been amazing and helped me enjoy fitness again. He gives clear explanations, creates solid & well-rounded programs, and adapts for my goals. I’ve been training with him for the past three years and I can genuinely say that my strength, well-being, and relationship with lifting & my body has improved as a result of training with Brandon. Brandon is the best! What I love about working with Brandon is that his sessions and plans are truly personalized to what my needs are at any given moment. He’s always makes tailored plans, whether I’m injured, traveling, or working towards a specific fitness goal. He is extremely passionate as a student of fitness and also has great advice about diet and things to improve overall health. I’ve been working with him for a few years and have been super happy about all the progress I’ve made. I truly feel better, both mentally and physically - he’s helped me develop a better relationship with my body. He’s an amazing trainer and I wish I had started working with him years ago!! Brandon was a great personal trainer when I lived in San Mateo. He was reasonably priced, he introduced me to weight training and helped me build a great exercise habit. Maybe half year in the training, my body figure was showing really noticeable changes, a lot of my coworkers
and friends were asking me what's my secret workout routine haha. Brandon trained me for maybe around 2 years. At the end of our training, I could deadlift and back squat around 185lbs (I think for a medium sized girl who never used to workout, it is not to Shabby 🙂 ) I highly recommend Brandon to someone who is looking for a personal trainer.
