I joined Pro Body at the beginning of the year and I am very happy working out at this facility. It has a great variety of machines and free weights, nice and cleaned restrooms, and friendly staff. I do recommend it to anyone who wants to take their fitness to the next level since it is open 24/7.

I've long for a gym close to home that is 24 hours. I work odd hours, and it's pleasing to know that I can go and work out at any time of day or night. The owner is such a great guy and listens to the needs of his customers. I mentioned to him that it would be a great idea to place hooks in the bathroom. Bam there they were, haha. The gym is well equipped, and I feel it cators to any age group. You just need to find your niche. I recommend this gym for those people who have odd working hours and need a workout at 2am. Because it's the only time it fits your busy schedule.

I like the gym and the owner Is really nice but the loud degrading rap music I found to be disturbing and took away from the vibe of the gym! On it’s own it’s a perfect gym for what I wanted but the employees always turned the music back to very loud and degrading rap music as soon as the owner left the building!! The owner tried to keep the music good for everyone even taking some of my suggestions but most of the employees didn’t care if I suggested some other type of music and most of them even told me they couldn’t change it to something less degrading and kept the loud degrading music playing!! I rather have no music then listen to that type of music I could concentrate and enjoy my workouts a whole lot better!! Anyway I haven’t been there in Months so I don’t know if it has changed much there most people wear headphones so why have that awful rap music playing in the gym if people listen to their own music anyway?! Thinking about changing to a new Gym but I wish things were different there because otherwise a great gym!!
