This review is long overdue. Jason, owner of Priority Tech, has done computer work for me for over 15 years. Prior to finding Jason I used at least a dozen other computer techs/companies for business and personal needs. None could hold a candle to Jason and his team. They are in a completely different league. Jason has such an extensive knowledge of all things tech it is quite remarkable. I am known to have some obscure tech issues but Jason takes it in stride, not batting an eye, while he solves my problems and explains what he is doing as well. He has also helped my aging parents with more basic issues. I have heard so many horror stories over the years about other companies of the problem being worse after the tech left or the tech researching the problem on your time. That will never happen with Priority Tech. They have always solved all my problems and even given me suggestions to improve my system to avoid future issues. I have recommended him to numerous people and will continue to do so. Priority Tech should be your first and only call when you have tech issues.

Ethical and patient. Jason and Robert spent plenty of time explaining my options after I lost the motherboard on my workstation. While they could have tried to "help" me fix my old computer and made more off of me, they recommended I purchase a new system and sent me links from various parties, including Dell which I ended up buying from. They recovered my old drives and added them to my new system along with a new SSD drive I had purchased for the old station. They received the new workstation late on a Wednesday and had all the work done early the next afternoon. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable. he came to the office and I explained to him a list of issues on different equipment and a bit later everything was fixed and working great.
I am sure glad we have a guy like Jason that we can call and know things will all be taken care of for a fair price.

I had spent hours/weeks on an Excel file. I thought I had lost all that information!

Don was very understanding and listened to my frustrations! Within 5 minutes he found my file! I was pleased beyond words!

Today, I called and the owner, Jason, came and got my computer because I was stuck at work, fixed all the problems and I was able to pick it up that night. I have to say that Jason has handled my computer needs for years. Recently, he was very slow in getting back to me. The next time, he texted numerous times about when he was free and then never followed through. I was having trouble with my back-up and in the middle of trying to start a business. Considering that he could not follow through in my numerus attempts to contact him, I am rating him poorly. Nothing like having support for years and then "moving on" possibly to bigger clients and not have time anymore for individual small clients...however....you tell them! It is poor business practices to leave someone in a lurch and that is what I feel happened here. So, if you are okay with having support until they move on to some "bigger" clients and then drop you like a hot potato with no warning...good luck!!! I don't care how busy you are Jason, this is unacceptable. Not only did he not follow through but he's not guaranteeing his work (already paid for) so I am clearly not happy with the service from this company!
