The website of this organization is very fear-mongering about abortion and seems to be designed to scare people away from a medical procedure they might need rather than earnestly answer questions. I don't think they would give me or anyone true or honest information and would instead try and push values on people who just need healthcare. I wouldn't recommend this clinic for people looking for honest health care.

I came here with my wife. The staff were amazing. The environment in the clinic is very family oriented. The service was great. I highly recommend anyone expecting pregnancy to give them I try 👍🏻

My husband and I went here to check if I was expecting last year in 2021 of February. Our experience was great! Super friendly staff and nurses. They made us feel comfortable and helped us get started on our first pregnancy journey. Gave us free blankets, books, brochures, and see our first ultrasound of our little peanut.
Now as of today we have a sweet baby girl born Nov 2021 and currently 5 months.
We definitely recommend this place to help you get started on your pregnancy journey.

These folks are some of the most pleasant people to interact with . They helped my wife and I on our journey to parenthood when we couldn't get an appointment for an ultrasound.
Happy to report that we have a happy and healthy 6 month old boy now 🙂

Shame on vice chair Terra Lawson remer and Rob Bonta for attacking these centers and the sanctity of life .
They are completely free and non profit . Unlike planned parenthood....

So amazing! They had a very positive staff they made me feel welcomed and were so nice and had lots to offer. The coolest thing I found out was everything was completely free and funded by local churches. They had some gifts that were hand-made donated from ppl all over the United States. A baby blanket and earrings and even dad's get gifts. So sweet loved this place. Highly recommended.

They were a wonderful little caring clinic. They speak and treat u with such kindness. They gave us beautiful hand woven blankets and bby beanies as well as letting us see our bundle of joy for the first time. I just love the staff!!! Keep up they great work

I had a really good experience! I was meet with wonderful counselors, who greeted me with big smiles. They were very helpful and supportive, and very generous! The nurses were sweet and answered my questions. The whole staff that I meet really helped me get a good start on my pregnancy. Thank you Pregnancy Care Clinic of El Cajon!

The volunteers there have been a great help from the beginning of my pregnancy. They offer different services and classes at no cost. They make me feel welcome every time I go. I wish they could offer full prenatal care.
