I reached out to Pivot to discuss some concerns I had with my daugher's learning challenges and the owner of the company connected me to Christa and it was such an incredible experience. Christa listened to be talk about what I was seeing in my daugher (as well as my own fears and insecurities surrounding it) she was empathetic and gave me real evidence based feedback. Testing for learning disabilities can be very expensive so I was hesitant going into it that I would get "sold" to just test her in order for someone to make money off of me but my experience couldn't be further from the truth. Christa wasn't salsey at all! She actually advised against doing testing for where we were currently at and made a plan to reevaluate at the end of the school year. She still continues to follow up with me and provide me with resources that she comes across and she even answers my emails with very detailed and evidence based responses when I have a concern or I want her feedback. I would recommend Christa to any parent who has concerns about their child's learning. It is clear that Dr. Yen picks the best professionals for his practice!
