My mom took this class this evening and she was so disappointed in the lack of care from the instructor. My mom was a beginner and Beth, trainer/owner, did not even approach to help modify or keep her safe. This was her first time and a warning to anyone to not try this class, unless they are already proficient in pilates. She even injured her shoulder. The overall feeling was Beth was rude and uncaring about new clients.
