PHAS3 has been a very welcoming and fun experience. The coaches and staff are great and the classes are suited for beginner to advanced. I had no martial arts experience when I started in September and was looking for a good workout with some combat training and it’s been more than that! Beyond the classes, learning about Muay Thai and the culture has been a fun experience. It can be a lifestyle change you won’t regret. Best thing you can do is give them a call and come check it out. You won’t regret it.

I highly recommend PHAS3 Martial Arts in Santa Rosa, California. PHAS3 is an incredible muay thai gym that will give you incredible confidence from the fitness, self-defense skills and spiritual approach they teach. I have been lucky to train at PHAS3 for more than 10 years and my children did their kids martial arts program as well. We love Sensei Ben Brown.

I've been training at PHAS3 since June 2024, and honestly, I'm addicted. The instructors are friendly and skilled--I always leave class satisfied with the quality of training I received. Muay Thai not only is a great way to get in shape, but can also teach a lot about discipline and focus--its a form of therapy that allows me to release my fire while also controlling it. The community here is amazing; everyone motivates each other, making it feel like a family. They offer classes throughout the week, morning and evening, which makes it convenient for a busy schedule. Since I've been here, they have offered jiu-jitsu, yoga, and special guest training sessions. Not a bad gym to be training at. Highly recommend it. Wish I had discovered it way sooner.

I started my Muay Thai training here about 8 months ago, and my only complaint is that I wish I had started here sooner. The sheer amount of knowledge between the coaches at Phas3 is staggering. No matter if you just want to be active and stay healthy, or if you want to win a championship title, the talented and knowledgeable coaches at Phas3 will push you to be your best every day.

Phas3 is legit. I have been training combat sports since childhood and have been in gyms throughout the Bay Area. The second I walked into Phas3 I knew it was the right gym. Almost every week, I learn a new tool or technique from not only the amazing coaches, but through watching the talented fighters that train here. Drills are practical and applicable and are explained in a way that both the advanced and beginner students can easily grasp and apply. But, it's the culture that really sets Phas3 apart. Everyone is always extremely friendly and here to get better together. That sentiment is felt in every session and holds incredible value. Classes are super accessible and the schedule is accommodating to busy schedules. Whether you're a beginner wanting to get into Muay Thai or advanced and actively competing, this is the gym to learn and grow.

What an amazing organization. If you're looking for a highly organized, clean, friendly environment to train and learn the art of Muay Thai and learn ways to overcome life's challenges then look no further. My 9 year old son has been going here for months and absolutely loves it! He has had some insecurities that he was struggling with and ever since he started going to PHAS3 those insecurities have diminished and his self confidence has skyrocketed. This self confidence has helped him in school and sports. He just had a record setting soccer season with 36 goals and made the @Players Choice" game where he scored the 2 winning goals! Yes I am his father and extremely proud of his accomplishments, yes I have helped him practice along with his hard work, but I truly believe he wouldn't be where he is right now mentally and physically without everyone's support and training at PHAS3!! Thank you to everyone at PHAS3 for all of your support, love, friendship, guidance, and teaching him a skill set and experience he will carry with for life! Much Love!!
