This place has been a life changer for me. The mindfulness skills and teachings have helped me have better relationships with myself, my family and at work. I initially came because of difficulties with my boss at work. I learned how to view her and myself differently, which has changed the dynamic. The people are so welcoming and friendly and the space is beautiful and peaceful. There are people of all ages and levels, which I like, too. I love going every week and the courses and retreats help me to continue to learn and grow, plus reduce my stress levels. I highly recommend Perfectly Here.

Dr. Manijeh and Joel are both excellent teachers! Everyone that I've met here are very warm and it's a very inviting and supportive group of people who practice and grow together. I highly recommend this place for learning mindfulness techniques. These practices has been very beneficial for me in my life!
