Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. In my opinion the office staff has shown me total lack of concern, consideration or caring for the well-being of their patients. This review is only for the front office, supervisor along with the care team for the doctors. The nurses assistant is the absolute worst never responds to phone calls or emails and if she responds to emails it's days after the fact. Then she is rude and there is nothing done about it in this office and I am reading reviews that this is very common here. They will pass you around when you call from person to person and tell you they will resolve the problem but they don't then give attitude on top of it. The doctors themselves are wonderful. The front staff and the caring team for the doctors and practitioners should be just as caring as the doctors, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they will care about you and show you total consideration for your well-being especially since this is a psychiatric mental health doctor's office.

My life has changed dramatically since I've started treatment with
Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists Mission Viejo. Dr. Mike is amazing, and he was patient with me in regard to therapy and finding the correct medication allowing me to better deal with life on life's terms. I have less stress, lost weight and kept it off these 2 years I've had their services. Penny is always accommodating and the staff in general treats me with kindness. If you are honest with them, and without an attempt to take advantage, they will go the extra mile.

Been spending 5 minutes a month on zoom with Nurse PA Dr. Sara Kinales for refills prescribed by Primary dr. Found out by a third party that this Nurse notes a diagnosis in my records without ever discussing anything with me or providing any type of tests, assessments etc. Made a call thinking she made error and would fix it but she has never called me back. Only has her Assistant Estephani call me to act rude and disrespectful. I am reporting them to the medical board ! BEWARE !!!!! Don’t trust them !!

I am so happy that I am being serviced by this medical group. Before my appointment I was very nervous and felt scared. After talking with my doctor I feel like I’m going to be greatly improved in my mental health. I feel very at ease and relaxed, and relaxing is a very hard thing for me to accomplish. My doctors name was Mohammed Shreba he may be the best doctor that i have had in years. Dr.shrebia took time with me listened to how the meds were working. In the begining Dr Shrebia would adjust the amount, Different, meds until i was feeling that the meds were exactly right. I Couldn't have chosen a better Dr

My Dr Shar went above and beyond to provide outstanding care. She took the time to answer all my many questions and even followed up with me outside our appointment time. So grateful for the excellent care and feeling that I actually matter to her. She genuinely cares about my wellbeing. Also received excellent care from my previous provider from PNS, Dr Fatemeh. Mike Santillan is amazing. One thing I like about him is that his background is in Biology/Neurology. My last psych PA had done the bulk of his studies in Orthopedics. Mike is also kind and relatable. He listens. You can tell when someone cares. Sadly, not all psych professionals do. But Mike does care. He listens and makes suggestions, and seems to have a really good grasp of psych meds. I highly recommend PNS and Mike Santillan especially.
