She not only has helped me work through so many things such as traumas, narcissistic relationships, loss she has educated me on so many different topics and that has helped me tremendously. We’ve started couples’ sessions a few months ago and included individual sessions. Norma is a professional. She listens and asks questions, she’s very easy to talk to, but most of all she’s honest and direct, kind and insightful. She’s helped us “dissect” certain behaviors, triggers and default patterns which have caused miscommunication, misunderstandings and even lead to explosive arguments. She’s given us a much better understanding as to why we think the way we do, why we do the things we do and how we can every day, change negative behaviors, change negative thoughts and modify unhealthy patterns. She’s improved our daily lives. It’s a lot of work but the results are amazing. Norma has a beautiful office that makes us feel safe, comfortable and we immediately felt connected with her during first session. She’s continuing to help us by giving us tools, new approaches, new techniques and even new responses. These have helped us to better communicate and to better understand each other’s perspective. It takes a lot of dedication, accountability, hard work, being honest with ourselves, and accepting ourselves. Everyday gets so much better. All I have to say is this lady is amazing I can come in with so much in my head or feel like anxiety or whatever but I can walk out of her office feeling like I got nothing on my plate no more and feel free and be able to breathe again. Like if you ain’t coming to this lady set an appointment and do it because you won’t regret.
