Joanne is a phenomenal therapist. I had the opportunity to have her on my podcast--Faith Hope Love with Melissa Moore--where she shared some her wisdom on trauma and toxic relationships. She is not only a skilled clinician, but she also provides such a wealth of knowledge on these topics. She is highly skilled with the use of Brainspotting and the Enneagram, which are both extremely useful tools for working through trauma. Joanne is incredibly easy to talk to. From the first time interacting with her, it seems as if things just seem so natural and at ease. Joanne helps you to put a voice to the difficult emotions that sometimes are stuck within us like anger, anxiety or guilt. She has a specialty working with complex trauma for anyone that has been in an abusive or neglectful situation, and her incredible empathy for others is so vital to the healing process. She does Brainspotting, which helps to unlock being stuck and to find a way through, and she's great at enneagrams too! I highly recommend Joanne in her work and I hope you will too. Among other roles, Joanne serves as my "emotions translator". She is incredibly attuned and ready with insightful questions that get me to reflect inward.
