I fractured my humorus last year in July. The break healed fine but they had to go through my rotator cuff to get the pin in my arm and the shoulder rehab has been a nightmare! Clear into February even with PT I could hardly lift my arm above my head. 5 weeks into the Wolverine protocol and I am shoulder pressing 15’s. I am getting full mobility back in that shoulder and it’s getting stronger every day! It seriously works and I am not even half way through the 12 weeks. 10/10 recommend!!
