I have been seeing Andrea Cox for almost three years now and she has helped me more than I can express. When I started in 2018, I was newly divorced, had just graduated college with no idea of how to move forward, and was dealing with the fact that my children were just diagnosed with ASD. Andrea has helped me tackle my depression and anxiety, has helped me work through my major life changes, and has always made me feel safe enough to come in and work on my vulnerability. I try to send everyone I know to her!

I highly recommend Northeast Counseling Center. Their new location is very comfortable and welcoming, I feel very comfortable taking my son with me, and my therapist, Andrea Cox is amazing! I have been with her over three years, and have made excellent strides in my mental health. It’s easy to make appointments, and easy to communicate with the therapist! I’ll never go anywhere else!

I definitely recommend this practice! A few months ago I had some life changing events happen and to me. Since I’ve never experienced anything like this I sought out help. The first place I found really only taught me breathing techniques and coping skills. So I decided to try Northeast Counseling. I was paired with quite possibly the best therapist for me!! Kristel, helped me process my situations through very structured sessions! I felt true compassion and never felt rushed. I felt I was in the best hands possible for my situation! I am so glad I found this place and I’m sure others will also! Side note is if a therapist gives you homework please ensure you complete it, therapist are great at what they do but you also must do your part!! Thank you so much for everything you have done for me!

Andrea Cox is a truly amazing therapist! I am a highschool student and have been suffering from social anxiety. Mrs. Cox has provided mental validation and many techniques to hell me cope and fight the negative thoughts in my head. She's a great listener, very patient, and truly cares for other people!

The therapists here are so amazing and caring! Highly recommend. They don't have walk-in appointments or crisis/medication management, so I think some people reviewing them on here get them confused with another psych office in the same office park. My interactions with them have always been quick email and phone replies, courteous service, and concern for safety.

I have only been coming here for a couple of months, however I only have positive things to say about this place. When I first came in I was a crying mess, and Tanya helped me work through every problem as well as gives me the tools I need to face new ones. I had so much anxiety and for the first time in years I was able to talk to those around me about it and it started here. I also wouldn't otherwise be able to afford therapy.
