Avoid this place like the plague. Super high turnover rate. No counselors case managers don't stay long. Doctors are good though that's about it! Poor management. they do not care about you in least all that they care about is doing nothing and getting $$$$ pathetic ?

I only had psychiatric services through here, but unfortunately had a really poor experience. I did not have a pleasant intake assessment, I was not told I was doing an intake assessment and thought I was seeing the psych and was put off when they didn't know what half my meds were. I was pretty uncomfortable with the intake process personally, there were a lot of strange questions and by the end of it I just wanted to get out of there. My second appointment (telehealth only) I was told I wasn't on the schedule during the time my psych told me I was scheduled in the last meeting. Then they thought I was a new client. A few appointments later, I had to go in for the nurse to conduct a test in person. I was in the waiting room for over a half hour to be told again that I wasn't on the schedule for the nurse, I had been incorrectly scheduled for a different provider. Luckily they got me in but I was misgendered by the nurse during my time there. I had been trying to work with my psych for months to get a referral sent to the Wexner center and they didn't receive it until very recently, and it was incorrectly filled out so I am just switching psychs. My last appointment was last month, she called 15 minutes early and I wasn't able to answer, she left no message and didn't call back. I don't doubt the employees there are underpaid with massive caseloads but something definitely needs fixed here. I hope things get better because it is a promising organization on the surface.

Between inconsistent counseling schedule and the fact that they closed my case without notification, they have my phone number and address! I had surgery for a full knee replacement 6 weeks ago, i let them know, and that i would call them when my schedule slowed down. They responded to that message, but neglected to tell me about needing to update my treatment plan, instead discharge me, then tell me i have to wait 90 days to reapply for treatment! This isnt the first time they have done this to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTER, instead go to Ohio Health Behavioral Health.

The people is nice there but my first counselor I had is always talking about their self and bragging about there self. We never talked nothing about me. At one point my counselor made me felt worst about myself and made me start crying. I got another counselor and they helped me get through it we're at a point I don't need a counselor anymore but my main issue is that my psychiatrist keep missing our appointments and not contact me or answer there phone calls and I kept call the front desk about it and they will not answe. I left a message and it took them a week to call me back about the problem. I need medicine and psychiatrist will not call me or answer.

I had two wonderful counselors help me through most of my trauma and set me on a positive life path. They encouraged me to try new and different coping techniques I still use and benefit from to this day. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is serious about trying to cope successfully with their mental health.

I was seeing a doctor here for about 2 years until I caught COVID-19. I missed an appointment only one and they dropped me. It's been a little over a year and I'm still trying to get in. The freeze was supposed to be over in August for new patients I'm not new... When you ask for help...

I was linked up with this place after getting out of the mental hospital in 2019. Everything was going well until they started switching up my counselors and giving me the run around on appointments and double booking me with other patients. This is very discouraging to clients like myself especially with what deal with on a daily mentally. So I stopped going and gave up on seeking help and my mental has declined severely.

Every time I lose a consouler they assign me to another. I am tired of being tossed around all the time. I am tired of getting a response to any voicemails. I am tired of not getting notified when my prescriptions are not in. I cant even talk to the director bc they sont have one.
