We came here on a bachelorette trip and we all had the BEST time!! Very unexpected as none of us were experienced and some of us a bit nervous. The girls that got our horses ready and took us on the ride made us feel so safe and comfortable. We ended up really enjoying ourselves and it was the highlight of the trip!

I gave someone special a horseback riding lesson for Christmas. Amber was a knowledgeable, patient and friendly instructor both in person and via email. Her rates are also highly competitive and she came highly recommended by another ranch in Santa Barbara that doesn’t offer beginner lessons.

Our experience today was more than we could have asked for. My 7 year old is an animal lover and today was a dream come true for her.

Emily was awesome, and extremely patient with my daughter. They held a conversation the entire time we were riding. My daughter's smile never faded until we got in the car and she was sad we had to leave.

We will return in the future for sure. 5 stars is an understatement.

We brought our 5 and 9 year-old children to Nojoqui Horse Ranch to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Anna and Amber provided the perfect blend of safety, competence, and care. The children had an experience of a lifetime learning how to work with the horse for riding, and the trainers took care to make our daughter's birthday celebration extra meaningful. The ranch is very well run and it was clear the animals were well cared for and happy. We were talking about when we can come back before we even got off of the property. The experience was unforgettably positive.

My 11 yr old daughter and I have been coming to this ranch to learn to ride for several weeks now. Nancy and Amber are both great instructors. They are very aware of the horses body movements as well as the riders. On the first dat Nancy noticed my nervousness and gave extra attention to helping me relax, as well as noticing my daughter's readiness to start, allowing us both to learn at our own pace. Amber, may be doing her own thing in a different arena, but rest assured, she is very aware of everything that is going on. Thanks Ladies!

My mom and I took a lesson today with Anna and Amber. Both were very friendly and so patient with us (beginner riders) the whole lesson! The ranch is beautiful and they were very knowledgeable about their animals and definitely put the horses needs first. So happy we took a lesson here and can't wait to go again.

Awesome spot to board your horse, take lessons, or a trail ride. Amber & Anna are highly skilled, very caring & VERY patient. As a 55 yr old total novice, I was welcomed and set up to reach my goal. Look forward to continuing my journey here with horses
