This was my first experience with individual therapy so needless to say I was very nervous to begin the process. Thankfully everything was very easy and went smoothly which took away some of the anxiety. The office itself is very homey and welcoming and didnt feel like a sterile office like I was envisioning. They even had homemade baked goods out for the clients every time I visited which were not only delicious, but so thoughtful. It really is in the details. Everyone at the office was always very kind and helpful when I had questions or needed to schedule/reschedule an appointment. After my initial appointment I immediately knew I had made the right choice after scouring Google for similar places. I felt welcomed, at ease, and not judged each time I entered. If you are anything like I was and are nervous at all, please be reassured that I couldn't have asked for a better experience and their services truly changed my life. Forever grateful!

I simply cannot say enough good things about New Perspectives and their staff. I came into therapy in a very tough time in life, like most people do, and my therapist worked so diligently with me to help me dig deep inside and find the best possible version of myself.

She worked around my schedule with work for appointments and was very respectful of my time and my feelings all while helping me overcome years and years of issues that I did not even realize were controlling my day-to-day life.

I am so very thankful for her and this office for helping me and would recommend them to anyone who is seeking better mental health.

I would highly recommend New Perspectives to anyone looking for a therapist. I was overwhelmed when looking for a practice, so I really appreciated the ease of being able to schedule my initial appointment online. The fact that they work with insurance was also a huge plus.
