This gym is great. I am not sure what all the people giving it one star are attempting to do. The gym obviously prioritizes the safety of the children training there, and yet somehow that’s a sticking point for them. We’ve been doing camps here for several years and my kids love it. I like it because it’s laid back and relaxed, and they don’t go around barking at the kids. Id recommend it to anyone.

I've been searching for a gym for my 4 year old daughter. Reading the negative reviews of this establishment actually make me want to sign up! It pretty obvious a group of teenagers got together and wrote a bunch of one star reviews after the gym "changed their rules" about flipping. Any gym that keeps safety a priority is a gym I will gladly give my business to.

So incredibly happy with this gym!! My son just started the FAST class, which is a super fun strength, agility training, gymnastics, etc. class. The coach, Claudio, is a former pro soccer coach and he is amazing with the kids!! My son burns so much energy, but more importantly is learning so many amazing skills that will benefit in ALL sports later in life. Highly, highly recommend this!

We just had a birthday here yesterday and I will sing my praises from the mountains! (Or at least the hills of Aliso Viejo).

I had originally picked National Gymnastics after calling around to all the local indoor birthday party places like mousey pizza, inflatable up, noisy play, imagination town, trampoline land, etc, and National Gymnastics was by far the most affordable!
Like, by hundreds of dollars!

During the indoor gym play time, which is the first hour, we had three staff attending to our big group of kiddos. They were these three sweet teen girls that were so patient and warm with our active group. They took over all the work so that our parent friends could just chill and go on their phones.

I even like that one of the staff was a bit more assertive, and she quickly, professionally, (and still kindly) smoothed out some rowdy behavior amongst the energetic boys in our group when the parents hadn't stepped in.

They lead the kids in activities, kept them moving every moment, so that they were pretty exhausted after even just an hour. There was not one boring moment, but it was not overwhelming, either.

I was so relieved, because we had party guests on all ends of the sensory and energy spectrum and I wasn't sure that they would all be able to have fun. We also had a somewhat varied age group, from ages 3 up to 7. But it seemed like each and every child, even though so varied, had a fantastic time.

The second hour was in their waiting area in which they turned into a party area with tables and plenty of chairs. And their refrigerator was emptied for our use. It was so convenient to store our birthday cake and fruit and veggie trays in there. The bathrooms were clean, too.

It was a whale of a good time, with several children having meltdowns at the end because they didn't want to go home after so much fun. And I've had parents texting me that their kids want to have their birthday at National Gymnastics now.

The supervisor working was very kind, too. I forgot her name but she had short hair and a big smile. She made us feel welcome and important, from when we first arrived to set up, to when the last of us were reluctantly moving out at a snail's pace.

In a country that is beginning to experience poor customer service, National Gymnastics delivered and went above and beyond my expectations!

Thank you National Gymnastics for quite literally the best birthday party we've ever had!! I hope everyone chooses to have their next birthday here!

used to be the best gym. Now they changed the rules for open gym so that no more than single flips are allowed, nobody over 14 can go, and no filming in the gym is allowed. Fix your rules, it would make everybody happier. Anybody who is interested in this place just don’t waste your money here. #changetherules

I have been to this gym and it was alright. But the new rules are honestly so unfair and a complete disgrace to this gym. Appearently kids above 14 are not allowed to go to open gym AND they can’t do what they love which is flipping on the trampoline. MAY I REMIND ANYONE READING THIS, THE TRAMPOLINE IS AMAZING AND THE COACHES ARENT LETTING ANYONE USE IT. ON TOP OF THAT, any phone use in the gym is not permitted which is going to lose a lot of their business. I am no longer coming to this gym because of heir new unfair and disgraceful rules.
