This place is amazing. They are so supportive with the kids, but in a no-nonsense kind of way. I wish they would branch out to far East Bay. Oakley/Brentwood could really use a place like this for kids to learn these amazing skills in a fun and safe way.

Our kids (6 & 8) did a drop-in class while we were visiting from minnesota. coach Brittney did a terrific job making them feel welcome and part of the group, and challenged them appropriately for their skill level. The kids loved it. Brittney ran the class very efficiently so the kids got a good workout with little standing around time. The website shows a lot of hard surfaces, but rest assured they run their classes safely - there is plenty of padding under and around the ninja obstacles.

I am so very glad I was referred to this place by several friends whose children take classes there. My son was nervous about starting but after just one class, he fell in love with parkour and has been taking classes there every since. It's built his confidence, stamina and coordination. The instructors are phenomenal and truly a testament to dedication, discipline and achieving incredible outcomes! My son is involved in several sports and activities but this is always his favorite. Thank you Coach Alan, Tony and Brittany for offering such amazing programs for our community!

Went to a kids bday party and watched my own kids have a great time. The host Tony did a great job instructing the kids on rules and safety and kept a sharp eye to make sure the kids were having fun and staying safe. It looks like an anxious parents worst nightmare so bear in mind that effort and some athleticism is needed to have fun here... Outstanding facility for this fast growing sport. Only downsides were the size of the facility and lack of AC in the main area. Not a deal breaker for us but explains the 4 stars...

Awesome gym! The obstacles are so fun to try, and the trainers are all very encouraging and knowledgeable. This is unlike any gym you have ever been too! Brian is a really cool guy. I highly recommend taking the time to go here. The mixture of parkour and ninja obstacles is a ridiculous amount of fun, plus you meet lots of fun people too!

APEX is A+ in everything. Alan and his team are both kid and parent-friendly in how pro they are in running the facility. The space itself is well-maintained and regulated in terms of safety first and foremost. There are also options in terms of waiting for parents, whether they need a quiet room to get work done or want a bird’s eye view of all the action. And that action... in a word, WOW! The skills these kids (and adults) learn is astounding. This is our family’s first and only experience of parkour and we can’t imagine going anywhere else. Lastly, if you want a rad birthday party experience, highly, highly recommend! Our twins just had one at APEX and they immediately wanted another. The team did a phenomenal job of integrating all the kids, so no one felt left out.

Both of my boys train her via their open gym. They especially love Friday nights! Amazingly large gym to experiment, experience and learning about parkour. The gym is always adding new features... A must visit!
