They create more work for themselves by not helping people the first time. Online registration glitches a lot wouldn't allow me to upload all documents because it has a limit. I stood in line I was told to try again then had to wait in line again. Finally called and in total have been in this office for 1 hour 30 mins. It just unecessary could have been handled first time instead they create longer wait times and more work for themselves.

Front desk receptionist lady is rude and needs training on good customer service. The staff there do not care about the children. They are extremely disorganized.

I have been waiting almost three hours (and counting) to register my daughter for school. After filling out the pre-enrollment form (including required documents, which I presented physical copies of at the desk, I was given a number and told to wait as they called the numbers out-of-sequence while walk-ins have been in and out within this time. I half expect them to find something wrong with my registration if and when they get around to seeing me.

UPDATE: I was finally seen; it seems to have been an error that I was skipped. I appreciate that my issue was finally resolved, so I'm changing my rating.

Horrible experience I went to put my daughter in TK and they said no she needs to go to head start so I put her in head start and thay said why didn’t you put her in TK? I said they’d ent me away when I tried and now my kid missed out and is on a waiting list that never opens !! I talked to supervisor and no help just said to wait my turn !!! I did may 12 and was sent away I even have stamped paperwork to prove it and still can’t or won’t even help me sad !!

I have needed to apply for a transfer the last 2 years. Both times the staff at that window were super friendly, fast and informative. Even if they would have been busier, I don't do errands that I don't have time for so waiting shouldn't be a problem. Kudos to this staff

The lady at the front desk is rude she a Hispanic older lady. She always seems angry. As she directs and gives you instructions she seems annoyed I wish she was more pleasant.

The lady who answered the phone seemed to be in a rush to hang up. Mind you. I called at 1:30p. It’s not like it was close to closing time.

The staff was very nice helped me get what I needed done to keep my kids together in the same school they care just as much as I do fast friendly service that I appreciated.
