Act like they care when in fact do not. I know you guys get busy and not everyone you see is on the straight and narrow but to not call when you said you would and not call at all even is top of the line bad service. Bob made it seem like he really wanted to help even talking to me cussing out and talking badly about his coworker April because of the way she wrote something “he was gonna talk with his supervisor “ and nothing became of it. I’ve left messages on his phone. The Jackie lady who was supposed to put in a Prior auth. also couldn’t be bothered to give us a call to let us know if my little brother got in or not. If he didn’t just let us know so we can move on. Absolutely terrible service.

Horrible! Do not recommend to my worst enemy. 1 year there still not 1 therapy session that iv been begging for. Been 6 months since I got put on new meds, still haven't been seen again. Canceled my appointment when I was less than ten minutes late when three different people called me to ask if I was coming and I told them yes as soon as I got off work. My caseworker has been changed five times in less than a year. The medication they prescribe mine as well be sugar pills. This place puts me in a rage when I walk into it. Was promised phone calls every week and face to face appointments every week bc I was suicidal and going through a really bad time and they forgot to call and forgot about our appointments. Then when I made a Grievance about it the person told me that they had been here a long time so this must be a misunderstanding and belittled my issues. They never know what's going on. They never call or send a text to remind me of my appointment which they don't set for mo ths out. Absolutely horrible place obviously only care about getting pay checks

Worst place in the world to get mental health help. They act like they care until they have you in there office. There transportation is the worst if they get you there they most of time have you there late, or transportation doesn't show up at all. They bring you in for appointments you don't have the you have to wait a hour to get home. The set up appointments after groups a hour later then you have to wait for that to spend five minutes and end up waiting a half hour more to get you home. You ask to speak to a supervisor they look at you stupidly . The supervisor never responds. All in all it's a place I would say to avoid. Of you can find someone else in the field. There is several that take Medicare and medicaid to chose from investigate before you go through make sure its right for you.

I enrolled back into services and set up to see a case worker. Due to not being in services for sometime my mental health hasn’t been the greatest thus causing me to have some brain fog. I ended up missing my first appointment and when the case worker called me I explained that I was sorry and I had forgotten but I wasn’t dressed to go anywhere. Before I could finish what I was saying she cut me off and told me that doesn’t work for her and immediately jumped into setting up a new appointment. After I got off the phone I called the phone number and let them know that due to what just occurred I wanted a new case worker. They told me well you already have a new appointment but I guess we can send this to the supervisor. It’s been a little over a month and still haven’t heard back. Nice to see that they truly care for the clients.

Me and my wife are in town for work. We are working just across the st from this business. We have a 9 week old puppy that is travelling with us today. Its very hard to find a place to let her out in kingman. Its over 100 degrees and we just needed a shade spot for a few minutes. We noticed a shady tree on the edge of the property. Our puppy was able to use the bathroom and we were cleaning it up when a lady approached us. She basically told us we were trespassing and needed to leave. Zero empathy for our situation. Thanks for having a heart. ?

My therapist, Ashley, is a perfect match for me. She is a great listener and offers excellent advice.

Dana, the NP, seems to forget the hypocritical oath to DO NO HARM. She doesn't listen, and throws out ultimatums on the fly.
She has caused me to have 2 seizures thus far.

It appears there's an element called compassion missing from some of the staff. Thankfully there are some caring people there, or we'd all be screwed.
