This company was referred to us as a preferred contractor/vendor by our insurance company for water damage cleaning & restoration. They promised that they could get any carpet I wanted at a price less than what I could get at the store as they moved so much product. They removed the base boards in the affected area of our home and the kick plate to the bathroom vanity. They spent way too much time measuring every single base board, wall, floor ceiling, etc. of the entire home even though the damage only affected a portion of the home. Every time I called, the "project manager" had no idea what was going on and was very rude & condescending to me on the phone. When I asked to speak with the manager/owner, I communicated this fact to him, he replied "doesn't surprise me!" I told the manager/owner exactly when I would be available to pick carpeting. When the time came, he suddenly wasn't available and told me to go to the office on the date & time specified and the staff would be aware of our situation & would assist us. When we arrived, nobody knew we were coming which was quite annoying. They had a limited amount of carpet samples to choose from, nobody had any idea what the pricing was and they did not have access to the brand & color we wanted even though they said that they did. We ended up purchasing the carpet through a carpet & flooring company. We told them to just come take care of the base board & vanity kick plate they had removed and discarded and we were told that they were not going to be able to finish the job and we were on our own. That is straight up poor business dealings! When I went back to get my house key, nobody knew what was going on with it and they couldn't find it! I left and it took them several hours of running in circles and making phone calls to figure it out where it was and calling me to come back & get it! I'm sure they over billed the insurance company for the unnecessary time spent measuring walls, collected the money and then left us high & dry. I will never endorse their work and I will dissuade anyone I know who may be considering working with Mohave Cleaning & Restoration.

A somewhat detailed repair was needed in a home I just purchased, requiring various skills. In every instance, the crews were professional, courteous and went out of their way to accommodate and always left everything neat and clean. Restored my fading faith in the long revered American work ethic..it is alive and well at Mohave Cleaning.

Theu were recommended by USAA and I can't say enough bad about them. It's been terrible experience with this company. They do not communicate well at all. They collect the money fast but to do the work it takes forever. Our damage happened in July and we are now in October and still have yet to finish their job.

To rate this HORRIBLE experience I had to give 1 star otherwise you can't rate them. This company was recommended by our USAA insurance, people DON'T use them!!!! They totally over bid in that they bid things they didn't do. I stayed the whole time work was done and they still didn't do what was approved for by USAA, although they bid it out and got paid. I can only imagine how many people have been SCREWED by this company who just let these people in their homes unsupervised. The right hand has ZERO idea what the left hand is doing in this company!! USAA ended up canceling several checks to this business as I sent into USAA Mojave's bid highlighted with the things they charged USAA and got paid for but didn't do. We ended up canceling them and doing the remaining work ourselves as the lack of honesty, consideration and professionalism just was NOT there. I have all documentation to show our experience and I don't mind sharing.

These people have taken advantage of an elderly couple. What was supposed to be $2500 which they paid, these people requested additional money totaling $5300. They are still harassing these seniors by phone and mail saying that they owe them more. When asked about a contract, they told their children that they couldn't find it and then requested more money from the parents. These are seniors in their early 80's, one of them who is a Veteran. These people are taking advantage of the seniors in this area and it needs to stop.
