Early in my current relationship, my girlfriend wasn't meeting my needs for communication and reliability. Sometimes she'd show up very late, but not alert me beforehand. When I expressed my frustration, she felt "scolded".

The dating world can be so perilous especially if you don’t know what you want or how to go about asking for what you need. This mindful coaching changed the dating game for me. It forces you to center yourself in such a way that you lead with your needs rather than your wants. I was able discern which men met my need and which ones did not. The mindful dating coach helped me to approach dating, knowing what I had to offer. And in a few sessions I quickly found my partner. My standards are now elevated to such a level that there is no way I will let them go back to what I used to accept. Blessed to have found this wonderful service!
