I recently joined Method3 to commit myself to improving my strength and fitness. I dread the gym “scene” and the ironclad contracts that are often a challenge to cancel. Method3 has surpassed my expectations and has gotten me excited about getting in better shape. First and foremost, it is such a welcoming, non-judgmental environment! The classes are small and everyone knows each other by name. Fellow partners have been so friendly and helpful. You immediately feel the sense of community. The coaches are engaging and encouraging, I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve attended. If you’re 40+ and looking for an alternative to the big gym environment, I highly recommend Method3!

Absolutely love Method3 fitness! I've been a partner for over a year and am loving my results and I am continuing to reach my fitness goals. The coaches are absolutely amazing and they truly care. If you're nervous about starting your fitness journey the coaches here make you feel incredibly comfortable. There are always exercise modifications if needed and the other partners are grea, you'll make some great friends here! In addition to great classes they also offer fun activities outside of the gym that are fitness focused.

They offer morning, noon, and evening classes so there are plenty of opportunities to sign up for classes.

I joined about 2 months ago, after a friend had touted the benefits of Method 3 for years. I find the classes to be supportive, and I am able to modify most of the exercises to work around my knee injury and current fitness level (or lack thereof). I have already seen improvements in my physical abilities, and have made a few workout acquaintances who I exchange pleasantries with. The coaches are all very friendly and helpful! I started on the twice a week program and quickly upgraded to the 3 times a week as I was enjoying it! Will stay here for a long time!

Method3 is a gym designed for those of us over 40! Class and personal training alike are by appointment only. Class sizes are small and workouts appear on my calendar, which makes me accountable. I love it! I was fortunate to connect with a personal trainer who was very interested in form, more so than speed and weight. Stephanie "got" me from the first group class I attended with her. I started personal training with her soon after and she has given me so many tools to work with in and outside of the gym. We had a goal setting meeting today and she gave me clear suggested about how to reach my goals. Thank you Stephanie!

Method 3, and Yvonne in particular, have expanded Susie's (my wife) and my seeing ongoing improvements in her stroke recovery. It has been slow but very steady progress in enhancing her mobility skills and stamina. We believe it is Yvonne's skill and attitude in the relationship - professionalism, positive, up-beat, well guided, as well as the encouragement she provides for this. We think Yvonne's infectious laugh is an asset too.

Love this place! Method3 offers exactly what I need. The group classes are fun and the trainers are amazing. They demonstrate exercises very well, pointing out the correct form while doing so. They will correct your form during workout, if needed and always have alternate exercises if you can't work on one due to some issue. They all have a totally non-judgmental attitude and encourage you to challenge yourself. The gym offers different workout options - group classes, personal training and other monthly special series that you can join. They also have an excellent nutrition program called Thrive that I joined when I first started. It helped me immensely to work on my nutrition. Really, really glad I found this place.

Joining the Method3 Fitness is one of the best choices I have made for my health and wellbeing. My personal training sessions with coach Stephanie Rebagliati are helping me to be more confident in my abilities to handle the physical challenges and be more active while at the same time educating me about the way they work with my limitations. I have made a great progress and I am grateful for all her patience and for her always cheerful attitude and encouragement. She's very knowledgeable and very generous in sharing her knowledge. I am very grateful to all the Method3 team for providing a personalized service for different categories of customers=partners as we are being called. Great partnership that is highly beneficial.

My personal training sessions with coach Justin are amazing - they’ve prevented me from falling so many times! Plus I stay fit and get stronger every time.
I also recently did 2 dance classes with coach Makayla and they were so much fun!!! Great energy, fun moves - not too hard and plenty repetitions. Highly recommended!!!
