This center helped me , a lot of Resources and Very helpful for any kind of Referral's like SSI or CRT crisis homeless program. Other centers like Star don’t do Referrals to CRT or SSI but they do.

I would love to give an honest review of how things have gone for me for the # of years I have maintained my illness. This place has helped me , this place can also give you attitude. You see it's just another day , you are not special. You are at the mercy of people who are sitting behind bullet proof "material" for their safety in a situation where things can go south real fast. Sometimes I swear they push all those buttons and pour all those ingredients in just to watch us flip, when all we want when we got there( half normal?) was our meds & Dr. Appointment on time. Hell we might have issues but quit messing with things that used to work for us. Like refills for meds, call the pharmacy when our appointment was cancelled BY THE DR. NOT US , THE DR. WE STILL NEED THE MEDICATION. Instead we run out and that's not our fault. When your reception is causes to reschedule the canceled appointment who is the one in charge to call the pharmacy to get more medication ordered because of the canceled doctor appointment something's missing here it's wrong I'm sitting here right now and I don't have all of my meds I should but I don't.This is so wrong. It shouldn't have to be like this, and nobody should be treated like this.

If I could give a lower star rating, I definitely would. Where would I begin? Firstly, they take 2 months to see how your progress is going. I don't really know how counseling process really goes, but I do know that they "require" all patients to be medicated before receiving the necessary therapy they need. That sounds untrue and extremely negligent. In ONE day, I was told I was misinformed by my psychiatrist because I was allowed off my meds and they said they couldn't consider me a patient any longer because I had to be on medication. Then, the supervisor of the therapy services goes on to tell me that they are a tier 3 facility, and to put it simply tier 3 means the patients have severe illnesses that require medication so they can function on a day-to-day basis. I easily searched up the different tiers and all it stated was each tier contains the different services, so tier 3 is social workers, clinical psychology, community psychiatric nursing, art and music and drama therapy etc. Again, EXTREMELY misinformed. I have been struggling with this clinic for less than year already and I am tired by it. I have been neglected as a patient for far too long, and I have been horribly misinformed by them. Definitely regret allowing the negligence to go on for months at this point.

Not easy to get seen. 2 months or more doesn't matter how serious ur conditions are. The very front desk staff (at the main waiting room) are super fat and super slow, obviously leading to the less productive in their work performance and they love to ignore people. The person that i got to do my evaluations is sloppy (hair,attire,smell,the room/office), unprofessional & doesn't seem fit for the position. She made her own sentences on what answer i told her and they are totally have different meaning than what it supposed to be elaborated for the evaluation record. If you have a different options, dont bother coming to this one! They have no standard at all and the waiting room looks so sad!

No respect no patient right advocates numbers lose appointments doctor don't seem to remember housing appointments smells like weed don't report cops rape cases about friends WIC in same building didn't minor 4 years old was pregnant kids taken into custody

My daughters have been seeing a doctor here for a year as well as receiving counseling services. They really do try to help everyone.
