The facility is staffed with professional instructors who are ready to teach how to respond in an emergency. One of the instructors, Abril Guzman, conducted herself very professionally. She explained every detail clearly and in a professional manner. Even when I was silent for a moment, she asked if I had any questions and explained each thing step by step to make learning easier. The facility is equipped with professional-grade equipment that helps you practice and, at the same time, makes it easier to understand the explanations to be ready for any emergency.

I have been here for training before. Although the class is 8 - 4, the time goes by fast and the instructors are great and knowledgeable. I have yet to be bored.. Humor in the classroom helps!

This is a very nice and clean building. I was able to grasp how to help babies, infants, and adults that are in need of CPR. The videos are a little fast but the instructors made sure that we all comprehended the components before continuing. I would recommend to go here for trainings.
