My 7.5 year old son has been attending Master Haydars Taekwondo classes for quite a while now, and we've had an excellent experience. Master Haydar is not like other instructors. We tried 3 other gyms before finding this one, and none of the others offered the same one on one attention, expertise in training, and care that Master Haydars gym does. My husband has also done martial arts for basically his entire life at other gyms and has not received the excellence in training that our son is getting at this gym. Master Haydars own extensive martial arts training speaks for itself, but even if you found another instructor with the same amount of training, you might still find the other instructor lacking in quality of attention that Master Haydar gives to his students. My son started out as a white belt, lacking attention, discipline, and dedication. Now, only a year and a half later, his attention span has improved incredibly, he has a lot more discipline, and he is dedicated to learning his forms and going to class. His favorite part is practicing sparring against other students, but the highlight has been the private classes. Between the group class and the private lesson each week, my son has made leaps and bounds in his skills and personal self-control. The prices are also very, very reasonable compared to other places we tried. We highly recommend Master Haydar.

Master Haydar has helped my daughter (8) grow by leaps and bounds. He expects students to arrive on time to class and show focus. This will boost their skill level and confidence and will change their mental attitude for the better. This adventure is a commitment from students and parents. 3 months of attending classes and never once has he made me regret my decision enroll my kid. I am certainly glad I chose his Academy.

We LOVE Master Haydar. He is so patient with the kids. He corrects and fixes the kid's mistakes immediately and doesn't put up with nonsense without making them feel belittled. Cannot express how much my son loves coming to practice.

Master Haydar's Black Belt Academy has been wonderful for my daughter. Haydar and his instructors have been great. Haydar is a great instructor for his students. He firmly believes in the kids and their abilities. He encourages all his students to not give up and to believe in themselves. He is professional and works with kids of all levels. My daughter has some special needs and he has always helped her on her level that she needs.

Been training for a year with Master Haydar. He’s professional, safe and an outstanding mentor/instructor. I recommend you visit his school with family and talking to him if you are considering classes for you or your kids. My niece's (7yo) school has Master Haydar come up once a week to do martial arts with the kids for PE class. It has been reported to her parents several times that his class is too rough. My niece ended up getting kicked twice in the stomach while he was watching the class and having these young, inexperienced children holding kickpads for others to kick. I don't like his style of teaching these children. It's not the way they should be taught. FYI my niece takes a regular karate class and her sensei is extremely upset. Since Master Haydar works with the local schools, I wonder how many other students he is putting at risk?
