I love LUVE fitness!!

I’ve been working out with Luis for years. Whenever I visit my family in the area, I make point to book a few sessions with him. His workouts are tough but adaptable. He knows how to prioritize my work out goals and keeps things just challenging enough that I continue progressing. He is patient, encouraging, and super friendly. And his new studio has great equipment.

I have been training with Luis for almost a year. That is the best thing I could have done for myself.
He is great working with you to fulfill your goals. Stays focused on you with minimum talking which I love. Allows me to focus on my workout. He is gentle and patient. Great trainer and warm human being.

Luis is absolutely terrific. Tailors my workout to my exact needs, and as a stroke survivor that is critical. He pushes me hard which I love. And he always keeps me inspired. I would recommend him highly although as I have told him I don’t want to share him!!

I’ve been training with LUVE Fitness for a while now and really enjoy the group classes. Luis is very knowledgeable and does a great job of incorporating a variety of fitness exercises that never get old or repetitive. His comprehension on nutrition is also an awesome bonus which helps you keep that fitness lifestyle on track, when you’re outside of the gym.
