Front desk wont call you back dont try here. You go on a waitlist and never get called back when you check your position. Waited months for nothing. Things at Lomi seem to have gone downhill after the move and new ownership.

I would give zero stars if I could. My counselor here took their anger out on me for weeks. Every time I tried to tell them this can’t be normal, they would tell me “therapists are humans too, we have bad days” I’m just not sure why they chose to take all their bad days out on me.

Better yet, I called back to get a new therapist, and have not heard from the front desk for several months, even with follow up voice mails. Hopefully this place gets shut down. It seems to be doing more harm than good to this community.

This is a clinic for interns and new therapists to gain practice. I would not recommend for individuals who need quality care and treatment. I would not attend unless needing emergency grief counseling for minor depression that would subside in a matter of weeks. Anything more is a risk of being harmed by the low quality, compassion fatigued counselors. This is just one of the many mental health agencies that succumbed to the profit over patient care model. They just want your insurance; your mental health will not be attended to.
