I have made serveral attempts to reach Keri Onan-Levy supervisor and I have had no luck. These other reviews truly show this organization lack of service. I have to reach out to the BBB next this is ridiculous!

I learned about Lighthouse of Hope from the Psychology Today website (counselor finder) and called them to make an appointment regarding issues with my teenager who was having some anxiety issues due to the pandemic. The person answering the phone took some information from me and then sent me a request for documents via email which I promptly returned. They were supposed to contact me the following week and never called. I sent a follow-up email a few weeks later and never heard back from them. This prompted me to research this institution (user based reviews) and I found that many others have experienced very poor quality service and questionable billing practices. I should have listened to my “gut” since the level of competence of the intake person was very lacking. I would NOT recommend this place and will be notifying Psychology Today as well as posting this review in hopes of fulfilling a public service announcement.

Don't go here for counseling. We were covered by the insurance, but they made a huge mistake. I wasn't aware of most of the copay I paid was not necessary until we double checked our coverage. The accounting overcharged us more than $1000 and hasn't given our full refund back after more than a year I stopped going to this place. The therapist was fine (she was an intern there and left LOH), but the staff and place were not very professional.

Apparently, they do not give call backs to verify an appointment when you leave a message asking for one.

I liked my therapist... but we did therapy in a conference room. Very strange.

I won’t be coming back here and I would not recommend this place.

Called, a lady took all my info for a half hour. Then had me email them very personal information and never contacted me again. This is why people give up on trying to get help.
