Seeing both Dr. Munoz and Dr. Ferguson. Both gave been very attentive to my issues. Saw Dr.Munoz virtually, the in house system did not work with the Firefox browser, but I was able to switch over to Edge and had no issues. Saw Dr Ferguson in person and had a great experience there as well.

I requested an evaluation from a psychiatrist in hopes to help with my stress leave claim and was told the psychiatrist could send the required documentation after the evaluation. He not only told me that he couldn’t offer that to me after I paid but then in response when I asked him, he said to talk with the lady who set up our appt and ask her why she told me he could do that. Overall was no help to me and definitely a waste of my money..

My experience so far has exceeded my expectations. The doctor was kind, empathetic, and took his time listening to me. I did not feel rushed at all. I also was able to book my appointment within a week.

The actual meeting of the Doc was good. Doc Ferguson. The format and the system was a little confusing. The video presentation was not available so luckily my Doctor opted to facetime.
Our connection was not the greatest through wifi but being as though the doctor and i have a prior relationship working together, we were able to manage our discussion and our exchange of information via cell phone facetime worked.
The in house operating system failed us both on many levels

Nothing was accomplished with my appointment. My Mother is at the end stages of her life, my Father recently had a stroke and I have major anxiety. I got to pay $35.00 to speak to someone that didn’t do their homework and definitely did not read my profile before meeting me. However drew their own conclusions. That went over like a lead balloon. Would have done better getting a large order of Macaroni and cheese and drowning my sorrows in it, instead of paying my co-pay, not to mention…. My insurance companies money for zero assistance. Really sucks that it didn’t work out.

Called life stance last week expecting be told I would get an appt weeks or months out they were able to accommodate me for the next week I was scheduled with Dr Michael Ferguson and I am so happy I was for the first time in a long time I truly felt seen and heard he did a thorough first appt and has created a treatment plan which I also did not expect to accomplish on the first appointment because of past experiences I am looking forward to treatment with Dr Ferguson

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Maybe they have good therapists but you'll never find out because their scheduling is a nightmare. Waited weeks for an appt that was just an intake, therapist canceled the first appointment, no future appointments available online. If you try to contact them by phone be prepared to wait over an HOUR and then be sent back to the phonetree because they are unable to access the therapist's schedule. Complete waste of time. If you weren't anxious before contacting them you soon will be
