Dr Morgan is amazing. I love talking to him. He listens to everything I say. As far as the representatives are m not too fond of them. I’ve had some difficulty with them. Hopefully if needed they get better. Patient service is vital and sometimes I don’t feel like the person on the other line is really accurate in what they are doing. Again I love my doctor and as far as I’m concerned he is the best!

Love the ease of their online site and choices of providers. As with any company, some providers will be better than others.. so don’t get discouraged! Remember that not every therapist/psychiatrist will be a perfect fit and keep trying until you find the one! LifeStance has been wonderful with assistance on finding someone new when previous personalities didn’t click.

Kelly, lady that answers the phones is incredibly rude. I really wouldn’t want to be in the middle of a mental health situation and have her be the first person I speak to. I would hope that a therapist clinic would hire staff that actually wants to help and doesn’t dismiss their patients the way she does. The other staff is great, they just didn’t have the testing I was looking for because they only offer testing or evals in Arizona.

My therapist is amazing however Life Stance is the worst! I’m constantly harassed if there is any type of balance on my account even though I clear it every month, as I do all my bills. They have even gone so far as to have my doctor call me especially to address the matter failing to tell him I had already paid . It was very humiliating and unnecessary as I never let my balance stay past 30 days. I emailed them my concerns and was completely ignored. If it wasn’t for my doctor that I love dearly, I would have NOTHING TO DO with Life Stance.

Really enjoyable intake experience as well as provider experience! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because 4 days before our appointment we received a $765 bill that was due in 14 days. They hadn’t even billed the insurance and I hadn’t even seen the provider yet. Other than that, everything was EXCELLENT service. No complaints. Will continue to use!

Therapist Michael Nelson (San Diego) is so incredibly kind and such a great support system for my son. He listens, provides great guidance/advice, and genuinely cares for my son’s mental health and well-being. He makes himself available as much as possible so it’s easier to get an appointment when we need one. His psychiatrist, Chantal Flanagan, was so thorough and really took the time to listen to my son, and listen to my concerns and our family’s mental health history. She spent a lot of time with us and I felt heard and understood and like she really cared about my son and improving his mental health. I can’t say enough about these two lovely people! We are so lucky we were referred when we had Kaiser because they didn’t have the staffing to assist as as much as we needed.

I really like being able to attend my appointments online whether it’s on my phone or home computer. The option is wonderful and so convenient!! The downfall is not being able to reschedule online and the phone is only available certain times. Plus you can only cancel 2 days prior which these days a lot can happen within those days. Overall my doctor is great and the the appointments!

It was very easy finding a therapist available through Lifestance. I had emailed and called many different offices, left messages with many of them, and often i would not hear back. I began to get discouraged, but was very happy I found Lifestance. It was very easy to get in contact with someone, and I had an appointment set up that same day. I highly recommend Lifestance!
