Contacting your company because the information received through text was not adequate. Also, your inputted information was incorrect and I was not able to complete it. I called the company and was finally able to reach somebody after my second call. This person informed me about changes and that I would need to fill it out. And I should accept the incorrect address. She would change the address for me. I completed the form. I refused to put in personal information or credit card information because I don’t share With just any company. I explained to the person that the therapist should have warned the customers of this change a month ago, so that clients would be prepared. She did not like my answers.

Lifestance however is a nightmare! Switching providers was a complete hassle. Most people who answer the phone have no idea what they’re talking about. One year I was told they no longer took my insurance! I was panicking at the thought of finding a new therapist, in the middle of family crisis. That was a “mistake” , I was told after I spent days making phone calls. It’s also hard to get an appointment with a psychiatrist should you need meds. They mostly have NP’s and the wait is long. Billing is also a huge mess.
Mental Healthcare needs to be easier!

Roberta is great. She is always on time for our appointments and she cares. She talks to me not like a patient but as an acquaintance. I have always felt safe in her care. She honestly has invested herself in knowing what is best for me. The office staff are very nice also. I was at PCSD. Glad I switched thanks to my boss, Larissa D’Andrea.

I had one appointment with Roberta Gordin durning this appointment I felt rushed and not listed to as she kept referring to things I never mentioned. She prescribed me a medication that led to a bad reaction, I reached out to her to ask what I should do and if we could please try a different medication. I never heard back from her, and cancelled Now, months down the line I receive a bill for an additional service I never received. I have been playing phone tag with this company for 2 weeks trying to understand what the additional charge was for, I have still yet to receive an answer. The practices by this doctor feel incredibly Dishonest, Money hungry & Complete lack of integrity. I have reached out to my insurance company to dispute their claim and will be reaching out to report her and this company.

I worked with Roberta Gordin and had a bad experience. I expressed that I might be autistic, and she said I couldn't be because I don't look autistic. Also that I'm maintaining eye contact over a Zoom call. I couldn't list all the medications I was on and explained that if I had a list of all medications, I could point them out. She said that would waste time in our session. It's completely understandable. But she spent most of the session asking questions that I had already filled out on the questionnaire form. She also made assumptions of who did what in my past instead of asking for further details. When I asked to reconsider that I might be autistic, she asked questions for bpd and said that since my responses aligned with those, I couldn't be autistic. Basically, a lot of assumptions were made, questions were asked repetitively, and I did not feel heard. I would not recommend Roberta if you have complicated mental health or if you are curious what you may have. I am still willing to give Lifestance a try since they have been professional and will update then.

UPDATE:
I tried this place again, but this time with Suzanne Simmons. I explained to her that I might have asd and that she was recommended to me for possibly diagnosing me. She said she doesn't know me at all, so she can't yet. Understandable. Suzanne said to make an appointment for a neuropsychological test, and that we can't make an appointment until I have completed that. Unfortunately, I was starting a new medication, and it should be monitored. Suzanne knows that neuropsychological testing takes months to complete. New medications should be monitored every 2-4 weeks. I'm having a bad reaction to my medication, and with no appointment in place, I have no choice but to find someone else. I will NEVER try lifestance again. 🙁

I like my provider, Roberta, and she knows what she’s doing but I wish she would take a little more time with me. Most of our sessions are just 5-10 minutes long. On the other hand it has taken months to figure out a good combination of meds and she has been very patient. Sometimes she doesn’t remember my details and brings up or offers medications we already ruled out months ago. On the whole, I am happy with her and so thankful for the progress and emotional stability I now have.

Was double - booked for the time/date of my first consultation. They did try to contact me for an alternate time but was out of country at the time. Was able to accommodate the alternate time offered. Other than all went well.
