Absolutely useless service worth useless staff. I left messages over the past week and recieved zero return phone calls. All I need is five minutes of advice from a paralegal but because I didn't have them do everything from the beginning they cannot help me at all unless I give them money. I have ran out of time to wait on a phone call and I have no money for this. Completely robotic receptionist missing three key human emotions and no mind to help.

I had a case of an eviction in Sonoma which in the end was dropped and my record was not affected. I came to this office and was taken care of by the professional staff. I really appreciate the help which did not cost me a penny.
Thank you Patrick and Diana for all your hard work!!

I was facing an eviction by my landlord who would not accept payment. I had nowhere else to go for legal assistance and other attornies were charging so much it was almost a quarter or half of the debt I owed for rent. Once I reached out, Pat McDonell and his team assisted me throughout the process. Although it was a tough battle and the winning odds looked slim, Pat used his lawyer powers and won the case in the end. I'll always be grateful for what they did for me, contact them to see if maybe they can assist you as well.

the staff was rude and very unhelpful regarding eviction. They said they had no staff to help me. They gave me a flier that had a disconnected number on it and the incorrect address for the court house to get assistance.

Would not help me. Refused to answer straightforward yes or no questions. I was told by the family law offices to go there to get help with filling out my divorce papers and when I got there was met with hostility. I don't know what crawled up the front desk lady's colon and died but I just need help filling out the papers, not attitude. You people should be kind, sympathetic, and understanding. Not acting superior and judgmental. I go into full panic when having to deal with anything related to my ex. I am terrified of him. He is getting out of the marine corps soon. This service fails hard to actually help.
