Jeremy really cares about his clients needs. He has always been very professional and is honest and upfront. His prices are fair and I can tell he isn’t all about the money and more interested in helping people. He helped me with my divorce and child support case when I got divorced. Years later he is always here to still help me!

I began my divorce in 2018 with a consult for filing with Jeremy. I thought it would be a simple quick divorce but after about a year, I realized that it wasn’t so easy. I obtained Jeremy as counsel to a now messy divorce with my ex who was anything but cooperative about our children, a large 401k, house and many more assets to divide. Another two years went by with a lot of messy situations between venue changes and my exs difficult attorneys and changes in attorneys along the way. During all this madness and chaos, Jeremy and his staff were extraordinarily professional and helped me along the way, step by step. Jeremy was always very understanding and thorough in everything he did for me and his staff was no different. They always had my best interest at mind and were so nice to explain things that I did not understand. Even though I may not have been the easiest client to deal with, they always had a great sense of professionalism and never made me feel like what I felt or thought was too much or too difficult. Jeremy and his staff became more than just a hired law firm, but great friends. I would recommend The Law Offices of Jeremy J. Waite to anyone and not only family law, but anything you may need, as this staff is exceptionally great at what they do.

Terrible attorney, I would never recommend him to ANYONE! 1 star is really pushing it.
Doesn’t know his left hand from the right
Working on a Divorce case paid in full said one thing after another. Never could remember the case when he was on a scheduled phone call 2 years and the case is still on-going! Worthless at the least

I had a very frustrating custody case with an unreasonable ex and Jeremy came highly recommended by friends. From start to finish he has been very attentive to detail, answered all questions I had, he guided me through the scariest parts with assurance, and he is very personable. Jeremy and his office staff were a wealth of information in a time of great sorrow. My Father passed away leaving everything to my Mother. Unfortunately, she resides at the Haven of Safford nursing facility and is unable (leagally) to make any decisions. We needed guidance, Jeremy was amazing, answered all of our questions. Jeremy gave my wife and I step by step instructions and helped us through the whole process. We enjoyed his wealth of knowledge and his sense of humor. We will recommend Jeremy and his office to anyone who needs legal counsel.

Jeremy let me down in my divorce case. He was always preoccupied with other cases and failed to meet critical deadlines. He also charged me for hours and services that were not provided. He might be ok for small town representation but he was evicerated in Maricopa County Superior Court by my ex wife’s lawyer. Would not recommend for divorce cases.

Jeremy took my case seriously from the begining even though it was a small one, he keeps you up to date & informed on your case status and he treats you with respect; he started actively working on my case during the consultation which really impressed me. Jeremy really cares about what he does and it shows. Even though I don't live in Arizona anymore and am not able to go there he still took the case and is able to get the warrant for petty marijuana possesion dropped and the case dismissed. Other attorneys wanted thousands of dollars to do my case, Jeremy did it for a fair rate. Thank you very much Jeremy!...
