It's hard to find a therapist that works for you but Josephine has been a great find for me. She has really helped me work through some tough issues including childhood trauma, communication and family issues. Josephine breaks issues down to root problems and helps you directly address these. She's extremely knowledgeable about which methods work and which don't. Sessions always start on time and she's proactive with communication. I find she's just the right level of directness but still friendly and professional.

Specifically I want to say that before Josephine's therapy I was lost and had not talked with anyone about some of my issues mainly because I couldn't. The inability to deal with these was affecting all parts of my life. The trauma therapy opened me to something I didn't think I could do and had avoided for decades. In a few sessions I became able deal with these things without them making me feel like the world was going to cave in. I felt like a physical weight was lifted from my shoulders.

I am a happier person for having found her. Most importantly, I am able to move forward - Thanks Josephine!

The cleansing therapy has helped me with all different kinds of issues that I had. I was suffering for 22 years or more with anxiety, panic attacks, claustrophobia, PTSD and night terrors. Since I got the cleansing therapy from Josephine, I have been able to get out of my house and not hear voices in my head, and I am able to do the normal stuff I used to do when I was younger before the traumas. It is amazing that I am able to go out in the public now after 3 1/2 months of trauma cleansing from Josephine. I recommend more people do trauma therapy with her. Since she could help me, I believe her trauma cleansing therapy could help a lot of people who have more or worse issues than I do. My husband has seen a big difference in how therapy has been transforming me. I, James Cruz, Connie's husband, I have seen a big change in her since she has been going for the trauma cleansing therapy, she is able to go away from me in public without freaking out or going into a panic attack.
