Worst HOA management ever experienced!
Lost my guest parking pass, trying to request a new one.
The HOA number can't never get though, call dozen of times in last few days, no one is picking up the phone, or return my voice message.
Are they actually working? why charging the HOA fee if nobody is answering the phone.

Hmm interesting community. Dirty, noisy. They haven’t finished building yet but dare sell house and let people move in now. HOA is required but no facility is there yet. Location is terrible. not good for living. Will not choose them for buying a house.

Impossible to get a hold of! Lived here almost two years.. still don't have pool keys and now I'm getting notices on my cars because we don't have parking passes.

Homes appear to built well and have spacious rooms. Very close to one another but that's expected now a days.

Excellent location, very closed to The shoppes at Chino Hills, and Chino Spectrum Town Center. Also nearby Chino Hills State Park and Prado Regional Park.

Love the two story townhouses, close to the 71 fwy, and next to a golf course and lots of great restaurant.
