Today I had the pleasure of working with Healer Kyla Lam. I was offered the recommendation to her by my hypnotherapist, where they were able to successfully work on past-life regression together. I walked into our session knowing nothing about the work we’d be doing together + how it would be approached.

Immediately, Kyla was able to get me into a relaxed/ meditative state using specific breathing techniques + positioning of hands. After giving me several different visualization cues, she was able to connect me with my Higher Self.

Coming into this session with no expertise on the matter, you can imagine my surprise + shock when Kyla was able to recognize what my Higher Self looked like. As I was visualizing it within my head, she was able to follow along with me. It made me question my own knowledge of what power we as humans, are capable of harnessing.

The most healing part of the session for me, was the visitation of my younger selves. That left me in a puddle of tears~ we were able to retain a breakthrough in one single session, that I hadn’t been able to grasp in 16 years of psychotherapy.

Our session opened me to the possibility that there are other forms of healing to explore, that can be just as beneficial, if not more, as traditional psychotherapy.

Kyla is an amazing healer! I was kindly referred to Kyla by a mutual contact. And prior knowing Kyla, I felt a blockage on my chest and I wasn't sure if this is an energy work, or I need to get something out of my chest. It wasn't pain, it just felt like a blockage. I didn't know what causes the blockage and what it was. And I have never done any energy work with anyone before except I do practise meditation myself. I spoke to several other similar meditation practitioners, but they were not the kind of help I need.

Once I was refereed to Kyla, I didn't immediately book her straight away. I did some research on her customer reviews, checked out her videos and saw how she was like. But in general, I only can find positive feedback and testimonials. From a business perspective (having my own businesses for a few years), it is not easy to have such highly valued comments through and through from customers. So there must be something amazing about her.

So without consulting her, I booked a session with her and have never regretted since. She successfully helped me remove the blockage and was able to help me identify what causes the blockage, how to get it out of my system and how to get a breakthrough. After the 70m session (I have to say it was money well spent!), I was not able to feel my fear anymore (even today, no going back). I mean how to judge this experience with price? If my fear will never come back to me, this experience is priceless for me (that's why I said money well spent, great self investment!) But she also did a great job on helping me through this journey.

If you are looking for a meditation guru, help on removing certain mental obstacles, Kyla is your girl! After the first session, I have already referred her to my friends! And they also have amazing outcome. So I highly recommend her service!
