I had been doing talk therapy forever and getting nowhere. EMDR under Lori’s expert guidance has changed my life. I was unable to leave my house other than basic necessities like groceries. I had trauma around driving places. Freeways and getting lost was a trigger for me so I rarely left the house. After 8 months with Lori and EMDR, I am driving everywhere. Simi, corona, sun valley, Ventura, Thousand Oaks, riverside. We worked on my social anxiety and I’m once again meeting friends for lunch, which I had stopped doing. My overall outlook has improved.
