Dr. Hebert is one of the kindest and most thoughtful psychologists I have ever met. She creates a safe environment to talk to her about whatever you need. She shows genuine interest and care in all of her conversations and often provides people with new perspectives on different situations in their lives. She is a great listener and extremely patient.

I made an appointment for my son because he has fear issues before exams. Just before the day of the appointment, his teacher told them they would have a pop-up exam the next day. So I called Hebert asking her if we could reschedule. She said ok, we can reschedule. We have not set the next appointment time yet. Then I noticed my credit card was charged, so I contracted Hebert, and she told me she has 48-hour cancellation policy.

So I paid her $250 for something that never happened, I wish she told me she had 48-hour cancellation policy. True it is my fault for not reading her pages of fine-print.

Interestingly, I am asking for help with overcoming the exam fear and the so-called psychologist only cares about getting money. I was willing to set up multiple sessions with her initially. Not anymore

We decided to go with another real Dr who has more experience. Also, this psychologist might be too occupied, the first time I called she was talking to me and holding a young baby at the same time. As a mother myself, I understand the difficulty of raising a child, but it is not professional for the service.

If your child has anxiety or panic attacks, find someone who is willing to put feelings for the service. People don't go to someone who only cares about money.
